Dutch Bird is a company that wants to bring human stories to the screen and make them come alive. We are looking for stories that need support in the beginning of making it, and we can make it fly together going forward.
We direct and produce stories and will try to help make it become real, in challenging circumstances, from short to feature, from documentaries to advertisement.
It does has to be a story that compels your audience to feel, shows human interest and reaches their emotions.

About
DIMPHY VAN VILSTEREN
Dimphy has gained a lot of experience in Canada working on a lot of (mostly short film sets) in multiple roles. She worked at Great and Mighty Things as a producer and production manager for making content and commercials for non profit organisations. She worked as a production designer on a lot of projects and on her first feature film finding Odera (directed by Charles Ugwabi).
In Toronto she wrote, directed and produced a lot of shorts. She co wrote a movie with Babatunde Agolunye and is currently trying to get this film made in Canada.
In the Netherlands she is now working on a Dutch film A Glooming flower to try to help produce this. If you are interested in helping Dutch filmmakers make more diverse content please contact us.
